Refunds & Cancelling Digital Downloads


Digital downloads are given their own unique category under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, which can be found here. When purchasing digital content, customers waive their rights to a 14-day cooling-off period. However, refunds are given on a discretionary basis by Drop-point Gaming.

Each refund request is reviewed by our team and customers will be notified via email of the status of the refund request within 24hrs. If the digital code has been revealed or otherwise displayed, customers waive their rights to a refund.

PlayStation Network (PSN), Xbox Live & Nintendo voucher codes are redeemable only by customers holding the relevant online account.

PSN accounts are subject to the PSN Terms of Service / User Agreement.

Xbox Live accounts are subject to the Microsoft Terms of Service / User Agreement.

Nintendo Accounts are subject to the Nintendo Terms of Service / User Agreement.

Users must be 7 years or older and require parental consent if under 18.

Certain content available via PSN, Xbox, Nintendo voucher codes may have specific additional restrictions, such as age ratings and usage rights. As such, children may not be able to access content rated higher than their age.

Users are responsible for broadband internet connection fees.

Codes for “Game Add-On & DLC” products require a full game, which is sold separately.

Codes are not redeemable for cash and cannot be resold or otherwise exchanged.

Codes will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or otherwise used without your permission and is valid for one time use only.

Digital purchases expire 12 months from date of purchase if not used.
